  The Importance of Employers

Employers play a critical role in the experiential education learning partnership. Without an employer willing to mentor a student, there can be no co-op/internship experience.

Employer members are very welcome in ILCEIA. The member colleges are ready to assist employers meet their staffing needs, and eager to form strong partnerships. Please contact any member school when you are in need of student interns.

New to co-op/internship? Please use the "Guide to Starting and Maintaining a Quality Internship Program" as a starting point. Every school may run a program that is slightly different, but all share the goal of facilitating great experiences for students and employers. Call any member school for assistance!
